Oak Brook Healthcare and Rehabilitation respects your rights to privacy. Oak Brook utilizes the following practices in regards to any information Oak Brook is provided or obtains about users of Oak Brook's website located at http://www.oakbrookcare.com.

Unless you provide additional information, Oak Brook collects only the following non-personal information as you browse through the Oak Brook web site:
