Oak Brook HealthCare and Rehabilitation Centre excels in creating a warm and friendly family atmosphere.

We are very proud of our C.H.O.I.C.E. program which encourages all residents to participate in daily decisions relating to their care and thereby maintain greater control over their lives. We encourage people to leave their rooms, make new friends, and enjoy our facility.
