Oak Brook Facility

The Oak Brook HealthCare and Rehabilitation Centre offers skilled nursing and rehabilitation to people of all ages.

Our dedicated subacute care rehabilitation unit has beautifully remodeled private and semi-private rooms. The unit also offers a large common room and activities dedicated to our subacute patients, just down the hall from their rooms.

Our facility offers a variety of other spaces to interest all:

• Town Square which includes a gift shop, game room, juke box, Bistro, laundromat and movie theater
• Computer facilities
• Ice Cream Parlor
• Outdoor garden and patio
• Rehabilitation gym
